WWM Co., Ltd. is a traditional butcher's enterprise with an FDA approved factory which is situated in Pattaya. We not only offer top quality meat, but also, value for money.

Unlike most mass-produced meat that can suffer up to 50% shrinkage when cooked, our meat will lose a lot less during cooking. The reason is that we only use top quality meat selected from the finest local producers, who rear their stock to our exacting standards, whilst our lamb is imported from Australia and New Zealand. In addition, we prepare our products by hand, using traditional recipes and techniques, so that we can supply you with traditional cuts of meat and a quality of meat products that it is hard, if not impossible, to find anywhere else.

Wherever you live in Thailand, you can now experience the succulent flavor and texture of the Master Butcher's superbly prepared meat, exactly the same quality of meat that has been consumed enthusiastically by discerning shoppers in Pattaya for years, and a far cry from their bland, mass-produced equivalents. You can order traditional cuts from us that no longer appear on the shelves of larger stores, and we can send these to your nearest town by 'bus, individually packed in a foam box with dry ice.

We specialize in home-made sausages (both thick & thin) all available in natural or collagen casings, supplied in convenient 500 gram packs, and which contain no MSG (monosodium glutamate, also known as E621), artificial coloring or artificial flavoring. The approximate meat content is no less than 75% as distinct from the 65% meat content found in sausages manufactured under EU regulations.

We believe that we produce the finest sausages in Thailand, and we also supply cooked meats, BBQ meats, bacon, ham, as well as traditional black puddings, all manufactured to our exacting standards. As our products contain no artificial coloring, flavoring or flavor enhancers, they are completely safe to eat and you will find that they have none of the unwelcome gastric and behavioral after effects that sometimes accompany the consumption of mass-produced meat products, especially in children.
